A traditional french restaurant
The chef and his aides use only fresh ans seasonal products. A new menu is offered two or three times a year. Pamela will be happy to welcome you and to help you in making your meal a unique moment.
You may lunch or dine either in the dinning-room, or the closed terrass in spring or automn. In summer, the large shaded terrass will welcome you.Three menus and a la carte meals are offered. Each menu has a choice of starters, main courses and sweets.
The 20 euros menu gives a choice, for the main course, between
fish, poultry and beef.
The 25 euros menu comprises also foie gras maison and
a choice of cheese.
The 37 euros gastronomy menu adds fresh Canadian lobster.

Hotel guests mays use the following formulas at the restaurant
- Stop over evening
- half board (starter, main course and sweet in the 20 euros menu)
- Royal half-board (first and main course, cheese, sweet in the 20 and 25 euros menu)

The restaurant is a separate legal and financial entites. It is open to all guests, including those who are not hotel patrons. L'Alliance welcomes you everyday from 7:15 to 8:45. The restaurant is closed for tuesday and wednesday lunchtimes during he high season and tuesday and wednesday the rest of the year..
