Le Blason welcomes you to a fine XVth and XVIIth house in Amboise
In the heart of the Loire Valley
In the centre of town, 900 feet from The Royal Castle and Leonardo Da Vinci's house, Le Blason welcomes you to a fine XVth and XVIIth house.
It was built around 1490 when the marshes on which Amboise is built were dried out.
It was initially a young girls' boarding school then a laundry. It was then the home of the blacksmith until the end of the second world war. Deserted for forty years it was restored from 1990 to become a hotel.
Our 25 rooms are all fully equipped with bathroom (shower), private toilet, telephone and television. They have been renovated over the past 4 years. The top floor has air conditioning.
Le Blason has a covered car park, closed at night and we are happy to offer a free internet access in the lobby.
Your hosts, Agnès and Thomas, the hotel owners, will do their best to look after you during your stay. Whether tourist or businessman, whether you stay one night or a week, whether half-board or not, each of our guests is unique. Enjoy our warm welcome and service
